We are a small producer of lamb, turkeys, eggs, berries and vegetables. It's early spring, so right now what we have is largely frozen from past harvests.

LAMBS from our flock of American Karakul sheep went to market April 9 and we will have a full selection of cuts.  On hand now are:

• Butterflied legs of lamb $16/lb
  
• Rib or Loin chops (packs of 2) $14/lb
  
• Small racks of lamb $14/lb
  
• Riblets (breast of lamb) $8/lb
  
• Lamb shanks (packs of 2) $12/lb
  
• Lamb tails, $7/lb
  

TURKEYS:  We have about half a dozen of our wonderful heritage breed turkeys in the freezer, ranging from 11 to 15 lbs, at $12/lb.  These birds led a wonderful life on pasture, but their chief diet was certified organic grain.

EGGS: brown eggs in boxes containing a mix of sizes  from our Rhode Island Red hens  $6 /dozen

PRODUCE:   Just coming in, the first of the season, Rhubarb, $5/lb, Sorrel, $2/bag,  Fresh horseradish, $4/lb.
